Some time ago, I shared information about Summer House at Disney Springs and the Cookie Bar. While the Cookie Bar is amazing, Summer House offers both a brunch and dinner menu that is amazing to explore. On a recent visit, we had dinner at Summer House and I’m so excited to share more!

One of the amazing things about Summer House is that most of the menu can be gluten free. Almost every server knows the menu well, and will quickly share the items that are not gluten free, or cannot be modified to be gluten free. This doesn’t eliminate cross contamination, but they do take special care to control it.

On this visit, we decided to try the baked spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer. I’m not always a fan of spinach artichoke dip, as it can often be too much cheese, or the artichoke hearts are too large. This one was probably the best I ever had. Everything was perfect.

For my meal, the server shared that their fried chicken is always gluten-free. So I quickly ordered that, along with the truffle fries, which was a slight upgrade from the regular fries. The chicken was excellent, reminding me of excellent fried chicken tenders before I had to start eating gluten-free. The truffle fries were amazing. The dip that comes with the fries was just an excellent flavor. The cole slaw and BBQ sauce were both good as well.

This has become one of my favorite places to eat because of all the choices. You will not go wrong visiting Summer House!
