Having fallen in love with Central Florida many years ago, our family made the difficult decision to relocate and call this wonderful area home. At the same time, I learned that I have an autoimmune condition that requires me to eat gluten free, which can be one of the most challenging experiences for anyone to deal with. There are countless websites that try to share information, yet they are not always up-to-date or local.

While the personal health challenges that cause someone to be gluten-free may not always be the same, we all face the same difficulty in finding details, learning from experiences, and more. It is my goal to create a place to share my experiences, information that has been given, and more so that it may make the process easier for many others.
