On many occasions, I had walked past the entrance to Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar and wondered what the restaurant was like. So I decided to take a trip to see what it was like. I am certainly glad that I did!

On entering the restaurant, you get the feeling you are entering a secret restaurant, certainly the hideaway feel you would expect. The tunnel opens up into a large seating area. The dining area was inviting and had a great ambiance.
After looking at the menu, I was a little disappointed with the gluten-free options. There weren’t a lot of choices. So I asked the server. She then proceeded to share that they have the ability to customize many things, including bringing over items from Maria and Enzo’s to enjoy as well. That opened up several new options!

I was able to order a gluten-free pasta that had veggies and grilled chicken. The server described it and it sounded amazing. She said it was not on the menu, but was available at Maria and Enzo’s. I am not crazy about pasta, but let me tell you this dish was amazing!

The grilled chicken was just thinly sliced grilled chicken. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Bu the pasta was the star of this meal. The sauce had a sweet and spicy kick to it. The vegetables were excellent in the pasta and the gluten-free noodles were very good.
This was perhaps the best gluten-free pasta meal I have had from any Disney restaurant. My family enjoyed their meals as well, so I have no hesitation in recommending Enzo’s Hidewaway!
