Many years ago, I tried Texas de Brazil when visiting Puerto Rico. Not long after moving to Central Florida, someone shared that there was a Texas de Brazil nearby. One day, a Brazilian style steakhouse sounded decision, so we decided to go!
The restaurant is located in the busier section of Orlando, near I-drive and the outlets. The parking lot isn’t the most convenient to get around, either. But the inside is extremely large and can easily accommodate a crowd!
The restaurant offers a lot of gluten-free options. They do not have a gluten-free menu that they offer in the restaurant. You can see all the items that are gluten-free as part of their online menu, however. That menu is located here: https://www.nutritionix.com/texas-de-brazil/portal
The buffet offers salad and many other items. But make sure you pay attention to the items that are gluten-free. Many of the items on the buffet are not gluten-free. Essentially all the meats that were offered are gluten-free, however.
The meats were cooked perfectly and had an extremely great flavor. I do have to say the side choices were extremely limited. So while I feel like I had a great protein portion, I do miss having some sides to go with the meal. The only side that I felt was good was the cheese bread that is gluten-free.
Decided to try Talkin' Tacos to see what gluten-free options they had. It is safe…
If you are going to eat at Pollo Tropical, you better beware that the staff…
Sus Hi Eatstation was an excellent surprise once I found out all the gluten-free options…

The meal at Maria & Enzo’s is extremely filling but absolutely delicious!
